Refund requests for eConcordia Course Material fees are received automatically once a student drops a course on the Student Hub (https://www.concordia.ca/students.html).
A full refund for the Course Material Fee will be issued to students who withdraw from the course by Concordia University's DNE deadline for each term.
No refund requests on Course Material Fees will be accepted or processed after the Concordia University's DNE date.
Students who paid for the course online are automatically refunded on the credit card or debit card that was used for the payment. If a student paid in person at the eConcordia office they will be reimbursed by cheque and can take up to 30 days from the date of request. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure the contact informrmation provided through the eConcordia Portal is up to date.
