- Ensure that you are running the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari (Mac)
- It is recommend to close any unneeded tabs and windows, and to clear the browser cache and cookies (ensuring "All time" is selected) before starting your quiz.
- Disable all browser extensions (some extensions can interfere with quizzes and other functionality of your course).
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Your quiz will save automatically at several set times during your quiz period but you can also press the save button manually to save your work more frequently.
