Refunds are automatically given for courses dropped before the DNE Date. It may take as long as 10 business days to see your refund back in your account and have the course removed from your portal. Your Course Materials fee will be refunded to your original payment method, and you will receive a receipt for your refund by email as soon as it is processed.
Once your refund is processed the course will be removed from your eConcordia portal. For courses without a course materials fee, your course access will be removed after the DNE date.
