eConcordia courses are connected to your Concordia University student account.
When you log into eConcordia courses, you should select the option to login with your student NetName and password.
If you are having trouble logging in clearing your cache and cookies may resolve the issue.
However, if you continue to have log-in issues, eConcordia cannot help you recover or reset your account. Our helpdesk is not able to access your student log-in information. Please contact Concordia tech support services (IITS) at help@concordia.ca for assistance in resetting your password or troubleshooting log in issues.
Please note you must be registered for an eConcordia course or be a returning student to access eConcordia. If you receive a message that says "you are not currently registered for any eConcordia course" please verify that the course, you are trying to access is an eConcordia course (these can be identified by the section name "EC").
