A verification code for log-in is required for all current eConcordia students and returning students. This code provides an extra layer of security in protecting your personal information and account. It is set up by you through Concordia's system and cannot be reset by the eConcordia helpdesk.
If you do not have access to the device where you usually receive the verification code or are experiencing difficulties with your log in and/or authentication, please note that student log-in and the authentication process are connected to your Concordia NetName and managed by Concordia IITS.
