If you cannot activate or access your course, you cannot play videos or you cannot access your textbook, it is usually a simple problem to fix.
If you are experiencing these types of technical difficulties, please try the following to resolve your issue:
Use a computer rather than a phone.
Ensure that you are running the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (Mac).
Clear the browser cache and cookies (ensuring "All time" is selected).
Disable all browser extensions (some extensions can interfere with video playback and other functionality of your course).
Change browser (i.e.: use Safari on a MacOS, use Chrome or Firefox on Windows).
