If you experience a technical issue while taking an online assessment, please write a detailed message including your name, student ID, course name, and the assessment you were taking and send it to helpdesk@econcordia.com as well as to your Professor and/or TA.
With written permission from the Professor, eConcordia staff can grant you special access to assessments that have closed. For this reason, it is important to contact Helpdesk and your professor as soon as possible.
